  • No, you don’t need a referral to get started. You can contact us directly.

  • Yes, we provide services to NDIS clients with Plan Managed or Self Managed funding. However, we are unable to see clients with Agency Managed plans, where the NDIA directly manages your funding. To access our services under NDIS funding, please ensure your plan is Plan Managed or Self Managed. Alternatively, you can choose to pay privately for appointments.​

  • Yes, rebates are available for our services through private health funds (subject to your level of cover), Medicare (if your GP deems you eligible), and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

  • We offer services for babies (6+ months), toddlers, and school-aged children experiencing feeding challenges.

  • Yes—we can provide services via telehealth depending on your child’s needs.
